Spices - Khada masala, Biryani Masala, Mutton Masala, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt
Wash Rice and Dal thoroughly and soak it into normal water for mins.
Soak soya chunks into boiled water for - mins.
Remove water from Soya chunks and marinate it with half teaspoon garam masala, salt and mutton masala.
Keep the marinated soya chunks aside for - mins.
Add oil into cooker.
Add cummin seeds, khada masala, Chilli Powder.
Add marinated soya chunks and mix them well.
Add the soaked rice and dal.
Add Biryani masala and salt as per taste.
Add . times water to the quantity of rice.
Close the cooker, cook it on medium flame and after - whistles stop the flame.
Let the steam Settle Down and Enjoy the Pulao.
