Ingredients

Rice -40gm soya chunks-40gm ghee-5gm onion -20gm curry leaves-few green cardamom-1-2 clove -2 Black pepper whole-4 biryani masala -1/2 tsp salt and redchilli -to taste

Method

Step 1

soak rice for min and boil soya chunks . .cook rice in double the quantity of water . .saute onion,curry leaves and whole spices in tsp ghee. .Add boiled soya and cook for sometime. .Add cooked rice, mix well and cover it for min.Add biryani masala and saute it again. serve hot
