heat gms of butter to prepare basic tadka. add curry leaves, cummin seeds and black salt and garam masala to butter.
Once the curry leaves are fried add soya granules to the mix and stir for - mins till it turns red in color.
mix roasted soya granules with puffed rice peanuts and tamarind water.
