Curd..100 gm
Grated carrot,beetroot, chopped green chilli
Curry leaves,red dry chilli,mustard seeds for tempering
Salt ,red chilli according to taste
cooking sada..1/4 tsp
Soak soya granules in water for minutes.Drain it and squeeze the granules.
Add soya granule,rawa to beaten curd.You may add little water to get better consistency.Keep it for half an hour.
Add grated carrots and beetroot along with chopped green chilli.
Temper it with curry leaves,red chilli and mustard seeds.
Add salt to taste and also add cooking soda and bear it well.
Put spoonfuls in hot appe pan and cook on low flame .
Enjoy as breakfast or snack .
