100 gm potato
25gm soya flour (i grinded soya chunks in mixer)
30gm onion
5 gm ketchup
green chillies
5gm oil
40gm curd
spices like salt, tumeric, red chilli powder, garam masala
boil potatoes and mash it.
add soya flour, finely chopped onion(gm and rest gm i kept for garnishing) and green chillies into mash potatoes
add spices as per ur taste(salt,red chilli, pinch of tumeric and garam masala)
mix it together and make a desirable shape of ur choice
shallow fry it on non stick pan wid gm oil. or if u want, u can cook those patties in OTG/ airfryer too
flip it once it get lil brown from one side and cook it both side for - mins on medium flame
once the aloo patties are ready, keep it seperately for - mins to let it cool
mix pinch of sugar free in curd and mix it
add curd on top of the aloo patties or tikkis, add mint chutney, ketchup n garnish it wid gm chopped onions.
