50 gm Basmati rice, Biriyani masala, 10 gm coconut oil, ginger garlic paste and Chettinad spices(not measured), and 250 gm prawns
Wash the gm prawns well, mix them with the spices. Take coconut oil(gm) in a cooker and heat it. Add a chilly and a few curry leaves. Add the prawns and let it cook for minute. Then add pre-soaked (soaked for mins) Basmati rice(gm) and just enough water to cover the prawns and rice. Go for whistles on medium to high flame.
