Ingredients

- fish(katla)-150gms - Mustard seeds-10gms - Green chilies-2 - Tomato-approx 50gms - Onion - Coriander Oil for cooking-10gms

Method

Step 1

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder. . Grind mustard seeds into a fine paste with green chilies.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan fry the fish take it out and keep aside, then in the remaining oil add chopped onion and sauté for few minutes . Add the mustard paste and cook for a few minutes then add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften now add water when the gravy start to boil Add fish to the gravy and cook for -mins Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving. Enjoy your delicious Sorse Maach with rice.
