Ingredients

For pancake bread crumbs- 20gms suji- 20 gms curd -20 gms paneer-25 gms cheese- 25 gms Oil -5gms salt n spices as per need Eno

For protein salad Curd - 80gms Soya granules - 10 gms Lettuce, salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Mix everything and make dough like consistency (give it rest for mins). Grease a pan with oil and make small pancakes out of it. Cook it from both sides. Enjoy it with protein filled salad by mixing curd , soaked soya granules in water ( squeeze extra water) , lettuce , salt and pepper.
