Tomatoes- 150gm

Garlic - 20gm

Drumsticks- 100gm

Bottle gourd - 50gm

Sesame seeds - 10gm

Spices- red chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper powder

Method

Step 1

Take onion, tomatoes and garlic and place it on gas stove burner net and let it roast one by one until it’s outer skin turns darkish brown. Remove it from the heat and also remove the outer skin of onions, tomatoes and garlic.

Step 2

Once it’s cool down, grind it in the mixer and add it to the big pot in which soup is to be made. Add sufficient water and bring to boil. Remove the outer skin of drumsticks and cut into small pieces and add to the pot. Also, remove the outer skin of the bottle gourd and chop into small pieces and add to the pot. Let it simmer for about minutes. Add vermicelli glass noodles along with salt and pepper and cook until all veggies and noodles turns soft.

Step 3

For shrimp mix: Grate onion and garlic with the slicer in two separate dish and let it dry under sun for about minutes. (This will consume less oil and electricity). Now place onion first in the airfryer at (degree Celsius for about minutes) and let it dry roast until it turns golden brown. Similarly, do for garlic. Now, wash shrimps and grind it in the mixer( coarserly paste) add oil to the pan and add shrimp paste and saute it until it’s golden brown. Add sesame seeds, red chilly powder and cumin powder and airfryed onion and garlic. Mix everything and you can store it in the refrigerator for about a month.

Step 4

Cook the rice separately and keep it aside. For plating- first, add some rice to the bowl, followed by soup and then crunchy shrimp mix. Add dash of lime and enjoy. Vegetarians may avoid shrimp mix or may be use (grinded paneer) instead.
