100 gm onion 150 gm tomato 300 gm spinach 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste 250 gms chicken breast Salt as per taste 1 tea spoon garam masala 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon black pepper 1/2 tea spoon haldi/ turmeric powder 2 tea spoon coriander powder 2 tea spoon chicken masala
Put oil in a pan and add onions to it , saute till the onions become mushy n golden brown . Now add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste n saute for more mins on medium heat and add ml water n cover it with the lid . Now , add all the masala mentioned above + ml water and cover the lid again Now add spinach and chicken and cook for mins on medium heat No need to add extra water because spinach n chicken both releases water when cooking .
