Step 1

Cook simple Khichdi with rice, quinoa and dal adding turmeric,salt and ginger. Roast Soy Granules, to that add red chilli, hing,salt and make a spice powder with pea protein isolate. serve the khichdi over roasted capsicum enjoy that with spice powder
