1/2 small onion chopped
1 tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp chicken masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
pinch of kasuri methi
Scramble whole eggs in gms oil and keep aside
put rest gms oil choppes onion and fry translucent
put ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chickne masala and salt to taste. Stir fry it until all the water is absorbed and the oil is seperated
Put a little water and then add the scrambled egg
mix it well, cover the curry for minutes in low flame
add kasoori methi and its done
