Chia seeds 3tbso One cup, thick curd, 240 g Water 1 /4 cup Mixed veggies of your choice like carrot, cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroot, 1/2 cuo Green chilli and coriander leaves to taste Salt to taste Optional Cumin powder, lemon juice, and olive oil for added taste
Instructions . Soak chia seeds in water for – hours (or overnight), stirring once to avoid clumps. . Whisk curd with salt, pepper and roasted cumin powder. Add lemon juice/chaat masala (optional). . Mix soaked chia into the curd mixture. . Fold in all chopped vegetables and herbs. Adjust seasoning. . Chill – minutes before serving (for enhancing flavours).
