To being with grind the soya chunks into fine powder then with help of a sieve strain it. Add wheat flour salt and water make a dough. Keep it for rest.
Meanwhile boil potato and chop the vegetables. Once potato is boiled peel it and set it aside. Once it’s cooled down mash the potato.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat for - seconds. Add oil, add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. When you hear them sizzle add chopped veggies and sauté them. Stir in finely chopped ginger, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and roasted cumin powder and sauté it nicely. Now cover and cook for few minutes. Then add the mash potato and fry for couple of minutes add coriander leaves and keep this filling aside.
Now take the dough and roll out in shape of a chapati. Cut it in equal portion do not forget to to pierce them and put it in muffin tray and bake for to minutes at degree. Take the tart out fill it with the filling and you can air fry or bake for few more minutes only. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve hot.
