Paneer 85 grams
Sabudana 30 grams
ghee 4 grams
cashews 5 grams
milk 100 ml
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add overnight soaked sabudana. Sauté for a few minutes.
Add grated paneer, a few strands of kesar, cardamom powder and saute for a few more minutes.
Now add milk and use a zero calorie sweetener of your choice. (You can use sugar as well. Just make sure to track it's calories)
Now cook until it thickens. Garnish with chopped cashews.
