Sabudana- 50gm Mix vegetable-100gm Peanuts- 10 gm Paneer-20 gm oil spray Salt & Black pepper of your choice
Soak sabudana overnight. Drain it. Chop vegetables into small pieces. Spray oil in a pan. Add jeera. Add vegetables, a splash of water, cover it with lid to cook. After min, open the lid, add paneer, peanuts and sabudana. Add salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice for additional taste. Garnish with coriander leaves. ENJOY!!!
