soya chunks 40g

coconut oil 2g

curry leaves

green chilly

spicese

optional (corn flour 1 tbsb)

Method

Step 1

soak soya chunks in hot water for minutes

Step 2

drain out the water from soya chunks

Step 3

add salt, spices of your choice and mix

Step 4

heat a pan, put some oil, mustard seeds and let them splutter. add green chillies, curry leaves, onion

Step 5

roast for few minutes on medium flame till soya turns brown
