Cauliflower - 300 Gms Almonds - 10 Gms Garlic Chopped - 2 Gms Butter - 4 Gms Water - 1 Cup Salt - As per Taste Black Pepper (Crushed) - As per taste
• Heat a nonstick pan and Gms of butter. • Add roughly cut cauliflower florets and pan roast it till charred on all sides. • Let it cool and then blend it with soaked almonds and water. • Blend into a smooth paste. • Transfer it to the pan, add water and set it as per soupy consistency. • Add salt & pepper and let it simmer. • Heat the remaining butter, add garlic and fry it until crisp. • Now garnish the soup with it and enjoy!
