Dal - (For tadka - Oil, cumin seeds, chillies, garlic, tomatoes, tamarind)
Chicken masala (curd, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander power, chilli powder, turmeric and salt)
Oil - 15 grams
Rice - Cook the rice is pressure cooker / open vessel whatever is more feasible for you. Nutritionally both are equally good.
Dal - Cook dal in the same pressure cooker as rice was cooked. For Tadka heat the pan use g oil, put some cumin seeds, chilies, garlic, tomatoes, and tamarind. Now pour the dal in the Tadka and add some water if needed.
Chicken masala - Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander power, chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Spray oil on Pan and allow chicken to cook in it for - mins. Or you can also use air fryer or oven to grill the chicken.
