Measure rice and lentils as per macros I used gm Chana dal, gm toor dal and gm black eyed beans; and gm raw rice Wash and soak for - hrs (I soaked overnight) Grind it with spices of your choice. I added garlic and green chili and salt. Add little water Using gm oil, temper with mustard seeds, asafetida, turmeric and mix it thoroughly. Cover and set aside for - hrs Take a ladle of batter and spread it over medium hot girdle Drizzle oil (within macros), cover with a lid and allow it to cook for about - minutes. Flip it; cook till golden brown Chutney: Add curd to peanut powder, season it with salt and red chili powder Serve hot😎 Not to forget the fiber. So I had it with a bowl of spinach soup
