whole wheat flour: 50g
soyabean : 30g
cheese slice: 1
ghee: 10g
Garlic paste : 1tsp
zucchini: 100g

Soak soya bean dal overnight. Pressure cook for mins high and mins slow. Drain the water and mash it with tsp garlic paste.
Make dough with whole wheat flour and make chapattis, keep aside.
Cook the soyabean paste in a pan till it comes together - this is your refuted beans part
Cook zucchini rounds with g ghee on a tawa/ pan, flip and cook both sides till they sear
To assemble, in each chapati put / cheese slice and refried beans and fold into half.
Cook it on tawa using balance g ghee till cheese melts. You may use a cover to speed up the process. Flip and cook both sides.
Cut into quarters and serve with zucchini and salad leaves
