Red lentils/masoor whole - 60gm
Olive oil - 5gm
Onion- 20gm
Tomato - 100gm
Ginger - 5gm
Garlic - 5gm
Dry spices - salt, black pepper powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, oregano
Lond beans(Guar) - 30gm
Soak the lentils overnight or atleast one hour prior to cooking.
Boil the lentils adding cups of water salt until they’re half cooked and keep it aside.
In a pan, add olive oil, chopped onion and saute it for a minute. Then, add ginger garlic paste and saute for another minute. Add the chopped tomatoes as well and add the tbsp stock of lentil from the above step. And cook it for minutes. Add all dry spices and pieces of lond beans and saute for another minute.
In a mixer, grind half of the lentils and add this paste to the pan and bring it to simmer. Then, add remaining lentils and a cup of water if required and cover the lid. Let it cook for about to minutes. Enjoy 😋
