Raw Banana 250 gm, Coconut oil 5 gm, Besan Flour 20 gm, Rice Flour 20 gm, some semolina 10 gm for coating, salt and spices. This recipe serves 2 people.

Method

Step 1

Cut raw banana into thick slices and keep aside.

Step 2

Mix the flours with spices and make a thick paste.

Step 3

Coat all the banana slices in this paste.

Step 4

Take a tawa and lightly brush the tawa with coconut oil.

Step 5

Coat the banana slices in the semolina and place it on the tawa.

Step 6

Fry well on both sides.
