6 multigrain bread
One scoop of protein powder
One pinch of saffron
Pistachios

300 gm of whole milk
5 ml ghee
I soaked saffron and protein powder separately for hour in milk. Boil milk for mins in medium flame .. lower the flame n add soaked saffron to boiling milk .. stir it until it becomes condensed. Add pista or any nuts you love .. ghee roast bread pieces n add to milk .. cool it down for - mins and keep it in fridge for sometime. Both warn n cold rasamalai tastes great 😊 Note: you can cut bread in any shape you love. Round gives it rasamalai look 😛
