Ingredients

200 grams Rajma soaked overnight and pressure cooked in water till soft

Onions 100 grams

Tomatoes 200 grams

3-4 cloves of garlic 1/2 inch ginger

2 tsps of cumin, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves , 3 cardamom and 1 bay leaf

Salt , turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala

Olive oil or vegetable oil 27 grams

Method

Step 1

Take a blender jar and add onion , tomatoes,ginger garlic, green chilli, cumin , cloves and cardamom to it and blend it like purée

Step 2

Now heat oil in a deep pan and add bay leaf , cinnamon stick to it

Step 3

Add masala purée and then salt , turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and roast it for - minutes on medium to high flame

Step 4

Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking and once it becomes brown in colour , add boiled rajma and water about cups

Step 5

Let it boil for - minutes and serve hot with rice
