1. Rice - 35gm 2. Rajma - 35 gm 3. Ghee - 5gm 4. Tomato, Onion - 1 small each (take Ingredients as per your chart)
Major raw rice and Rajma. Soak rajma for about hours and rice for half hour
Make puri of tomato and onion.
Take ghee in kadai. Heat ki and add mustard seeds asafoetida followed by tomato onion puree. Sauté puree for a minute and add haldi, Lal mirch, rajma masala.
Add soaked rajma and rice to this and water in double quantity. cook it up to - whistles in pressure cooker
Tadaa! Rajma Pulao is ready. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot. PS: you can choose to cook sauté rajma beans and rice separately and mix it all together after tadka
