Kidney beans(Rajma) - 25gm
Rice Uncooked - 10gm
Onion/Tomato/ Garlic Paste
Soak rajma overnight. . Boil rajma in a pressure cooker until they become soft to eat. . Take half onion and tomato and few garlic cloves and make a paste. If you don’t eat onion/garlic, you can use green chilly and tomato paste as well. . Now sauté the tomato onion paste and add spicess(salt/turmeric/red chilly/dry mango,etc) as per your taste and once it turns slight brownish, add boiled rajma to it. . Heat the mixture on slow flame for minutes . Cook rice either in an open pan or pressure cooker. . Enjoy the mouth watering Rajma chawal. Optional: Rajma dish can be consumed with chapati as well.
