Ingredients

Quinoa (50 gms)

soya chunks (30 gms)

Veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion, capsicum, broccoli)

Avocado (30 gms)

Ghee (5 gms)

Boiled chickpeas (30 gms)

Method

Step 1

Roast the soya chunks in the given ghee and keep them aside

Step 2

Sauté capsicum and broccoli with oil spray or negligible amount of oil

Step 3

Chop spinach and lettuce finely, to this add cooked quinoa, boiled chickpeas, avocado, sautéed capsicum and broccoli

Step 4

Add gms each of tomato and onion to the above

Step 5

Finally give it a good mix and njy it
