Besan , curd , spinach , ginger garlic paste , onions , baking powder , oil , basic spices

Method

Step 1

For pakoras mix onions , spinach , ginger, coriander leaves, baking powder and besan to make a batter of consistency like pakoras Heat appe pan brush some oil Make pakoras on appe pan at slow hear and covered with lid , flipping sides till they become brown and crisp For kadhi take curd add water and besan to make it a good flowy consistency Make tadka with oil hing , jeere , rai , some cut onions green chilli and dry spices like salt , turmeric and red chilli Add curd and besan mix and cook for - min on slow flame stirring consistency till u get the consistency of kadhi While serving add pakoras in hot kadhi and tempering of ghee with curry leaves and red chilli powder..
