In a pressure cooker add peeled pumpkin onion tomato and carrot and a bay leaf with cups of water
pressure cook for few minutes or two whistles
after it is boiled cool it down and in a mixer grinder take the veggies and keep aside the broth
strain the pulp and add with the broth
add salt and boil it and add little bit black pepper and add butter at the end and have a thick creamy pumpkin soup!!!!
