Method

Step 1

For Prep: Soak gms of Rice in a bowl. Now combine a total of gms of veggies namely Carrots, Bell Peppers, Peas and Cauliflower Method: . In a deep pot put gms of Ghee. . Add a small teaspoon of cumin. . Now add finely chopped Carrots in it let it cook for some time. (Onions can be added first as per choice) . Later add bite sized Cauliflower and let it cook. . Add Salt, Red/Green chillies, Turmeric as per your taste. . Now finally add Peas and Bell Peppers. . Now rinse the soaked rice and add the them into the pot as well . Add water into the pot such that everything is submerged properly. . Let it boil till the water evaporates completely. . Keep checking the water quantity in between and stir the pot here and there. If water is less, add accordingly. . As the rice are cooked, turn of the heat and keep it aside. . Serve hot with some yogurt as per choice.
