50g bengal gram, 200g gourd veggie

garlic pod, salt, turmeric, chilli powder

Method

Step 1

cook dhal for whistles. Add g gourd, pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, two pods of garlic and cook till veggie was cooked. you can season it with coriander or curry leaves if needed.
