1. Whey powder 1 scoop.(I used chocolate flavour here)
2. Warm water (amount as per consistency required )
3. Kiwi 1 piece
4. Plain rolled oats 50 gm
Boil water and add to the oats. Keep it covered for approx an hour so that it cools down and settles with the oats. Add one scoop of whey and mix it. Add chopped fruits which is optional here.
