Chicken breast - 200gm
Paneer - 100gm
Curd - 100gm
Chipotle sauce - 20gm
Green onions- 20gm
Ginger + garlic paste - 20gm
Spices - black pepper powder, red chilly powder, paprika, italian herbs, salt
Cut the breast into elongated strips and pound them to flatten it. Marinate it with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper and keep it overnight.
Prepare a mixture of paprika, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, salt and season the chicken breast with it on both sides.
Simultaneously, grate the paneer and add the same seasoning along with chopped spring green onions. Now, place this paneer mixture on one end and roll it to form rolls.
Place it in the airfryer for about - minutes at degree celcius or get it done until the chicken is cook through.
Now, add curd in a bowl, chipotle sauce, italian herbs and salt and mix it nicely. Top the chicken rolls with this dressing and sprinkle enough green onions! Tada relish this protein packed rolls.
