10g Soya granules (soaked & drained)
50g Curd
Chopped capsicum, onion & tomato, Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp ENO fruit salt (for instant fluff)
Mix all ingredients except ENO. Let the batter rest for – mins. Add ENO just before steaming. Steam for – mins – and done!
