Ingredients • Rolled oats – 2 tbsp (15 g) • Vanilla whey protein – 1 scoop (30 g) • Papaya – 50 g • Kiwi – 50 g • Low-fat curd – 2 tbsp (30 g) • Honey – 1 tsp (5 g) • Chia seeds – 5 g
Method . Mix oats, vanilla whey, chia seeds and curd until creamy. (Had overnight ) . In a glass, layer kiwi at the bottom (green). . Add the oats–whey–curd mix (white). . Top with papaya (orange). . Drizzle honey and sprinkle chia seeds.
