Soya chunks (25grams)
Baking powder
Add grams of wheat flour, you can also use buckwheat/oats/all purpose flour.
Add grams of chickpea flour and grams of soya chunks flour.
Add / tea spoon of baking powder
Add around ml of water and mix well until you get a liquid consistency. You can also add milk.
Put the batter on pan and your fluffy pancakes are ready.
You can add any fruit as toppings. I have used a banana. Enjoy!
