Oats 40gms Protien powder 1 scoop 1 egg 100-150gms of milk of your choice Butter 5 gms Strawberry 50-70 gms or as per your macros Low calorie syrup (calories not added)
Grind oats and protein powder Mix egg and milk till runny consistency Grease the pan with butter Pour the batter and cook on slowly flame till done Assemble everything and drizzle some pancake syrup. I used a lower calorie syrup. Choose as per your macros
