Onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies and salt
Mix sooji and curd. You can add water to adjust the consistency. Keep it aside for a while. Add salt and chopped veggies to the batter. Grate paneer and put soaked soya granules in it. Cut capsicum into large rings, heat the pan , grease it with some oil. Put the capsicum rings and pour the batter into it. Cook it from both sides. Your protein filled pancake is ready to it.
