Flax seed 30gm

1 scoop of whey protein

120 gm of egg white

1 tsp of fiber and cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2

Add egg whites and / cup warm water. Mix everything until smooth.

Step 3

Put a lightly greased pan over low heat and pour the mixture into circles. Cover and cook until firm.

Step 4

Serve on a plate with desired fruit topping.

Step 5
