Chicken - 100 g (diced)
Garlic - 10 g (minced)
Tomato - 125 g (puree)
Oil - 3 g
Bread - 4 slices
Cheese slice - 2
Dried oregano - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp (freshly cracked - important)
Chicken stock cube (maggi)
Salt to taste
Add the oil to a pan on a low heat and brown the garlic.
Add the tomato puree and cook until water dries off.
While the puree is cooking, to this mixture, we'll add freshly cracked black pepper, chicken stock cube, salt to taste, dried oregano, and let it all release its flavour and combine.
When the puree has dried out, add the chicken and cook it with the flavors for about - mins (we don't want the chicken dry).
When everything is done cooking, add fresh coriander to this and mix it well.
Take slices of bread and toast them. Put a slice of cheese on one side and a generous amount of the chicken delight.
Your sandwich is now ready to be relished! Enjoy the fresh, scrumptious sandwich!
Tip: If you're a vegetarian, you can do the exact same steps and replace chicken with paneer, and it'll taste just as good.
