Raw rice -50 GMs Milk-100 ml Whey protein -1 scoop Dry fruits-10 GMs
Soak rice for - minutes. . Add rice, milk and ml Water in a pan, keeping it on low to medium heat. Stir at regular intervals so that it doesn’t stick at the bottom of the pan. . Once the consistency becomes comparatively thicker, let it cool. . In a separate bowl, mix scoop of whey (I used vanilla) in enough water so that the consistency becomes thick. . Once it is thoroughly mixed, add this paste to the rice. Here, you may add little milk if you find the consistency very thick. Garnish with almonds and enjoy!!!
