Dark chocolate compound
Dates
Soya Chunks
Almonds
Cashew
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Ghee
Add a teaspoon of ghee to the pan and roast the soya chunks( grams) until they change colour and give a nice aroma.
Now add grams of almonds and grams of cashew nuts to the same pan and roast them.
once the mixture is cooled down, add them to a mixer jar and make a fine powder.
Add grams of dates (remove the seeds before use) to the same jar and run it again for a nice thick paste. (I liked it to be a little grainy. You can make it smooth)
Now roll this paste into little balls of equal size and put them in the refrigerator until the next steps.
In a bowl, add grams of dark chocolate to / teaspoon of vegetable oil (any oil without a strong smell/flavour) and microwave it for sec each time until the chocolate melts. You will know when is the right time to stop microwaving the chocolate :)
Now take the balls that are chilling inside the refrigerator and coat them with the melted chocolate.
Use a fork to place them on a plate or truffle wraps and then put them in the refrigerator to firm up. It wouldn't take more than minutes to see the chocolate firming
You can add any topping to plate them well or decorate them attractively.
