Ingredients: 1. Soya chunks - 25gm 2. Besan - 25gm 3. Tofu - 100gm or Paneer - 50gm 4. Ghiya/lauki/bottle guard - 30gm 5. Salt/Pepper/Oregano 6. Ghee
Grind soya chunks into powder . Grate ghiya and tofu. . Mix powdered soya, besan and grated veggies alongwith masala of choice . Use the batter to make chilla.
