3. Maple Syrup/Honey - 5ml (optional)
4. Whey (used Kesar flavour) - 15gms
5. Vanilla essence
Mix well all the wet Ingredients (egg, maple,yougurt, vanilla essence).
Add Whey Protein and mix well slowly.
