1 scoop whey

20ml milk

5grams Chia/ flax seeds

1 tsp Coffee

1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

Step 1

Mash grams of banana. All all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until smooth and pour into a cup or any baking vessel. Bake for mins on degrees. Enjoy!
