Eggs- 2
Oats - 30gm
Protein powder unflavoured- 35g
Banana- 130g
Baking soda- 0.5 tsp
Nutmeg powder- 0.5 tsp
Butter- 3gm
Grind oats and nutmeg powder in a mixture along with baking soda. Add protein powder to it and pulse once more until all ingredients are mixed nicely.
Mash banana with the help of a fork and keep it aside. Keep half banana aside. Whisk eggs in a bowl until its foamy. Pour in mashed banana and whisk again.
Sift in dry ingredients in batches and make sure no lumps are formed. And lit it sit for a meanwhile.
Add butter to the nonstick pan, put banana slices and let it charred for - minutes. Pour in the mixture and let it cook on low flame until bottom is golden brown. Cover the lid for sometime in between.
Now, flip the cake and continue cooking on low flame until it’s done on both sides. Enjoy 😉 PS: add sugarfree if you want a little more sweet
