Eggs- 5
Oats - 90g
Cottage cheese - 250g
Banana- 300g
Whey protein vanilla isolate - 90g
Peanuts- 15g
Oil - 5g
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Whisk eggs with vanilla extract using whisker until its nice foamy.
Add cottage cheese and whisk again until smooth and creamy.
Mash overripe bananas with fork and whisk again. Grind oats in mixture and shift in whey protein, pinch of salt , baking powder and baking soda and mix batter well.
Place the muffin liners in the moulds and spray oil over it or brush with melted butter. Pour in batter and top it with peanuts.
Bake in oven at F for about minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when ready. Store it in the fridge for in ziplock bag for a week. Microwave it when planning to eat during tea time.
