Carrots- 300gm
Milk - 250ml
Ghee - 10gm
Almond/pistachio/cashew/raisins - 10gm
Condiments- cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder
Sweetener- as per the taste
Grate the carrot and pressure cook it adding milk and water until it turns soft
Add ghee to the pan and heat it slightly and then add cardamom powder, cinnamon and nutmeg powder followed by chopped dry fruits and saute it for - minutes on low flame.
Add the pressure cooked carrots to this pan along with sweetener and cook on low flame until moisture evaporates completely. Garnish with nuts and enjoy l!
