40g Soya Chunks (boiled & minced)
25g Paneer (grated)
1 Cheese Cube (grated or stuffed)
20g Besan
10g Oil (for shallow fry)
Salt, Green chilli, Chaat masala to taste Optional: Add coriander, garlic, or spices for flavor boost.
Boil & mash soya chunks. Mix with paneer, cheese, besan, spices. Form small tikkis. Shallow fry with minimal oil until crispy golden-brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney or hung curd dip πΏ
